1. 適用範圍

SQUi（以下稱「本 App」）重視您的隱私。本政策說明本 App 如何存取、使用、儲存及保護與您相關的資訊。

2. 本 App 可能處理的資料

  • Google 帳號登入與授權所需的基本識別資訊。
  • 經您授權後取得的 Gmail 郵件中，與購物訂單相關的標題、寄件者、收件時間、內文及必要的郵件識別資訊。
  • 由本 App 建立或整理的訂單資料，例如平台、商品名稱、金額、訂單狀態、配送方式及相關日期。
  • App 偏好設定、同步狀態與通知設定。
  • 購買或訂閱狀態（如本 App 提供 App Store 內購或訂閱）。

3. 使用目的

上述資料僅用於登入、同步、辨識購物郵件、建立訂單、顯示配送進度、提供取貨提醒與購物查詢、管理設定與訂閱，以及維護安全與穩定性。

4. Gmail 與 Google API

本 App 使用 Google Sign-In 與 Gmail API。Gmail 存取僅在您明確授權後進行，且用途限於辨識與整理購物訂單。本 App 不會代表您寄送、修改或刪除 Gmail 郵件。

本 App 對 Google API 所取得資料的使用與傳輸，將遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy，包含 Limited Use 要求。

5. AI 與智慧查詢

智慧查詢功能以您在 App 內的訂單資料為依據。除非另有清楚告知並取得同意，本 App 不會將您的 Gmail 郵件內容或訂單資料用於訓練公開或第三方 AI 模型。

6. 資料儲存與安全

本 App 會使用 iOS 與 Apple 提供的安全機制儲存必要資料。資料保留期間以提供功能、履行法律義務、處理爭議及維護安全所需為限。

7. 第三方服務

  • Google Sign-In 與 Gmail API。
  • Apple StoreKit。
  • Apple UserNotifications。
  • Apple 提供的作業系統、儲存與診斷相關服務。

8. 資料分享與出售

本 App 不出售您的個人資料，也不會為跨 App 或跨網站廣告追蹤而分享您的資料。除為提供服務、履行法律義務、維護安全或經您同意外，不會向第三方揭露您的資料。

9. 您的選擇與權利

  • 您可隨時撤銷 Google 帳號授權。
  • 您可於 iOS 設定中關閉通知。
  • 您可使用 App 內提供的刪除功能，或刪除 App 以移除本機資料。
  • 您可透過下方聯絡方式詢問、更正或要求刪除與您相關的資料。

10. 兒童隱私

本 App 並非特別針對兒童設計，也不會在知情情況下蒐集兒童的個人資料。

11. 政策更新

本政策可能因功能、法規或服務調整而更新。重大變更將透過 App、網站或其他適當方式告知。

SQUi Privacy Policy

1. Scope

SQUi (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App accesses, uses, stores, and protects information related to you.

2. Information the App May Process

  • Basic account information required for Google sign-in and authorization.
  • After authorization, Gmail message data related to shopping orders, including subject, sender, received time, message body, and necessary message identifiers.
  • Order information created or organized by the App.
  • App preferences, sync state, notification settings, and purchase or subscription status where applicable.

3. Purposes

The App uses information only to provide sign-in, synchronization, order parsing, delivery timelines, pickup reminders, shopping queries, settings, subscriptions, security, debugging, and stability.

4. Gmail and Google APIs

Gmail access occurs only after your explicit authorization and is limited to identifying and organizing shopping orders. The App does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages on your behalf.

The App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. AI and Smart Queries

Smart query features use your order information stored in the App. Unless clearly disclosed and consented to, the App does not use Gmail content or order data to train public or third-party AI models.

6. Storage and Security

The App uses security mechanisms provided by iOS and Apple. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use Google Sign-In, Gmail API, Apple StoreKit, Apple UserNotifications, and other Apple services.

8. Sharing and Sale

The App does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may revoke Google authorization, disable notifications, use available deletion controls, delete the App, or contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion.

10. Children

The App is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Updates

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
