1. 接受條款
下載、存取或使用 SQUi（以下稱「本 App」），即表示您同意本條款與適用政策。
2. 服務內容
本 App 提供購物郵件同步、訂單整理、配送資訊、取貨提醒、購物查詢、分析及相關功能。本 App 並非物流公司、電商平台或金融機構。
3. 帳號與授權
部分功能需要 Google 帳號與 Gmail 授權。您可隨時撤銷授權，但部分功能可能因此無法使用。
4. 資訊正確性
本 App 會依郵件內容及可取得的訂單資料整理資訊，但不保證所有資料皆完整、即時或無誤。配送、退款、付款與訂單狀態仍應以商家、電商平台或物流業者的官方資訊為準。
5. 智慧查詢
智慧查詢結果僅供參考，可能因資料缺漏、格式變化或解析限制而不完整，且不構成法律、財務、醫療或其他專業建議。
6. 訂閱與付款
如本 App 提供 App Store 內購或訂閱，付款由 Apple 處理。訂閱可能自動續訂，您可在 Apple ID 的訂閱設定中管理或取消。
7. 合理使用
您不得以違法、侵權、詐騙、破壞服務安全或干擾其他使用者的方式使用本 App，也不得嘗試未授權存取、逆向工程或濫用服務。
8. 智慧財產權
SQUi、Logo、Shoubo 吉祥物、介面、程式碼、文字與其他內容均受相關智慧財產權法保護。
9. 服務變更與終止
我們可能基於安全、技術、法律或營運原因調整、暫停或終止部分功能。
10. 免責與責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本 App 以「現狀」提供。我們不對間接、附帶、特殊或衍生損害負責。
11. 條款更新
本條款可能更新。您於更新生效後繼續使用本 App，即表示同意更新後的條款。

SQUi Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using SQUi (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and applicable policies.
2. Service
The App provides shopping-email synchronization, order organization, delivery information, pickup reminders, shopping queries, analytics, and related features. The App is not a carrier, marketplace, or financial institution.
3. Accounts and Authorization
Some features require a Google account and Gmail authorization. You may revoke authorization at any time, but some features may stop working.
4. Accuracy
The App does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Official merchant, marketplace, payment, refund, and carrier information controls.
5. Smart Queries
Smart query results are informational only and may be incomplete. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
If App Store purchases or subscriptions are offered, Apple processes payment. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the App unlawfully, disrupt security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
8. Intellectual Property
SQUi, its logo, the Shoubo mascot, interface, code, text, and other content are protected by applicable law.
9. Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Updates
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
